Track appliances and warranties
When the washing machine breaks down, you want to know three things: when you bought it, whether it is still under warranty and where the receipt is. Domeaz keeps that for every appliance, so you do not have to dig for it at the moment something goes wrong.
Everything about an appliance on one card
For each appliance you record brand, model, serial number, purchase date and warranty period, with the receipt attached. You can add a note for anything that fits nowhere else, such as where the appliance is kept.
Photograph the type plate instead of typing
With Smart Scan you take a photo of the type plate. Domeaz suggests brand, model, serial number and category, and you confirm. If it recognises nothing, the photo simply stays as an attachment. After that the app can look up the manual for that model, and repair advice turns an error code into a first estimate of likely causes.
A heads-up before the warranty ends
A warranty that expires within 45 days is highlighted, so there is still time to report a fault. You get a reminder before the period is over; that is included in the free version.
